RNA-Seq read coverage depth of splice sites in fungi

Abstract / Bemerkung
RNA-Seq reads of 28 fungal species were mapped to the corresponding genome sequence. The coverage around splice sites within the protein coding sequence of genes is listed. Each line represents one intron within a protein coding sequence. Species name and gene ID are provided in the first two columns. Next, the number of reads mapped to the very 3' end of the upstream exon, 5' and 3' ends of the intron, and the very 5' end of the downstream exon are given. The last two columns provide the terminal dinucleotide sequences of an intron. This analysis was performed according to Pucker & Brockington, 2018 (https://doi.org/10.1186/s12864-018-5360-z) using Python scripts reported therein (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.2586989).
