Abstract / Bemerkung
Normal speakers are used to implementing mimic, gesticulation and spoken language according to the rules of their linguistic family to achieve a previously defined communication target within dialog interaction. When a speaker loses control over his oral fluency complications often occur, impeding or preventing achievement of the communication target. This elaboration explains which consequences the loss of pragmatic communicative ability has for the affected person.
