This analysis provides recommendations for demand-driven and practice-oriented support of external and self-evaluation—from project tendering to evaluation assessment. The focus is on strengthening existing structures, enhancing and building evaluation capacities, and on the role of learning processes for the further development of extremism prevention, democracy promotion, and civic education in Germany.
