Abstract / Bemerkung
Thank you for your interest in LLM-Assisted Inductive Categorization (LAIC). LAIC is a method for qualitative research that uses a Large Language Model (LLM) to form inductive categories and assign them to text statements. We developed and evaluated this method. Don't worry if you're not familiar with Python or if the code looks complicated at first glance. You don't need to fully understand every line of code. Instead, focus on making specific adjustments as instructed, while many parts of the code can remain unchanged. This guide will walk you through everything step by step. No programming knowledge is necessary.
