Abstract / Bemerkung
The cDNA libraries from Hydrangea serrata aluminium treated leaves and roots as well as the corresponding controls were sequenced using Illumina NextSeq2000. A de novo assembly was made from 150 bp paired-end reads using Trinity. The assembly is available as individual FASTA file via the NCBI ID PRJNA1061562. TransDecoder was used to identify open reading frames (ORFs) and translate ORFs to peptide sequences with a minimum length of 100 amino acids. Genes were annotated by transferring the A. thaliana Araport11 functional annotation to the H. serrata gene models. Here we provide this functional annotation.
Count tables generated using Kallisto v.0.44 were subjected to differential gene expression analysis via DESeq2. Moreover, transcriptional changes between organs and treatments were visualised in MapMan 3.5.1R2 on secondary metabolite pathways.
