Abstract / Bemerkung
We sequenced the genome of the Arabidopsis thaliana f3h/fls1/ans triple mutant (f3h (tt6-2), Col-0 background; fls1 (fls1-2), Nö-0 background; ans (tds4-4), Col-0 background) to fully characterise its insertion alleles with Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) long reads. The DNA that has been sequenced was isolated form rosette leaves. Sequencing was performed on a R9.4.1 flow cell and Basecalling was carried out with Guppy v.4.2.3. The reads were assembled with Canu v2.1.1 and the assembly is available as individual FASTA file.
