Abstract / Bemerkung
This paper bridges a critical research gap by investigating the impact of the integration levels of co-branded services on consumers' attribution processes. The empirical survey successfully validates our theory-driven hypothesis: the degree of consumer attribution to both partners is larger in highly integrated scenarios than in lowly integrated scenarios.
