Abstract / Bemerkung
The Young's modulus and 2D modulus of CVD graphene and different kinds of CNMs was investigated by the Bulge Test and AFM nanoindentation. A detailed theoretical description of Bulge Test and nanoindentation is given and the accuracy of the mathematical models is estimated.
