Abstract / Bemerkung
The paper focuses on sociological analysis of effectiveness of international courts and tribunals. The author evaluates international courts and tribunals as a particular group of international structures. Applying the sociological methodology the author makes a synthesis of criteria for the analysis of international courts' effectiveness, highlights sociological criteria, and develops sociological methodology for the study of international courts and tribunals.
