Abstract / Bemerkung
After discussing results of dilepton rates and electrical conductivityobtained from continuum extrapolated results of light quark correlationfunctions in quenched QCD I will give a review on recent developments inlattice QCD studies for quarkonia in the quark gluon plasma. Recent progress inthe extraction of spectral properties from lattice QCD calculations of hadroniccorrelation functions will be discussed. Besides medium modifications of boundstates and their dissociation in the plasma I will focus on transportcoefficients, like heavy quark diffusion constants extracted from differentcorrelation functions on the lattice. Present limitations and futureperspectives for studies of quarkonia and related transport coefficients on thelattice will be discussed.
