Abstract / Bemerkung
Planar Hall Resistance (PHR) has been measured in spin-valve structure as function of magnetizing angle alpha from the easy axis of the free layer. The PHR curves are sensitively changed with alpha, and becomes anti-symmetric at alpha = 90 degrees. These various PHR curves, being qualitatively consist with magnetization curves, are well ascribed for by the domain rotation. The PHR signal change and their field sensitivity are revealed to be maximum at alpha = 15 degrees, 140 mu V and 18.7 mu V/Oe respectively, for 1 mA sensing current. (C) 2006 Elsevier B. V.
