Beschreibung
In sozialen Interaktionen sind emotionale Reaktionen unvermeidbar. Die dem Projekt A03 zugrunde liegende Annahme ist, dass emotionale Hinweise des Adressaten ein wichtiges Feedback für den Erklärenden sind. Außerdem beeinflussen Emotionen den menschlichen Verstehensprozess, was sich in den Fragen widerspiegelt, die ein Adressat stellt. Das Ziel dieses Projekts ist die technologische Entwicklung eines emotionsbasierten Modells des Verstehens, das die Entscheidungsfindung von Adressaten unterstützt.
